  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We offer a curated range of gifting products from trusted brands. While we strive to ensure accuracy, product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing may change without notice.

  • Bulk pricing may vary based on quantity and is subject to verification before confirmation.

  • Prices do not include applicable GST or delivery charges unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product listings or pricing, even after an order has been submitted.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Orders placed through the website are subject to review and acceptance by Altius India.

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, including due to errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Confirmation of an order does not imply acceptance of the order terms until verified.

6. Customization & Bulk Orders

  • Customization options (e.g., logo printing, branded packaging) are available for select products.

  • Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply and vary by product.

  • Final artwork or branding material must be approved before production.

  • Customized orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once confirmed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India only.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product type, order volume, and shipping location.

  • Altius India is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen logistics issues, or force majeure events.

Shipping policies may be detailed separately and are considered part of these Terms.

8. Returns & Replacements

  • We do not accept returns for bulk or customized orders.

  • Replacements are offered only for items that are damaged or incorrect, subject to verification.

  • Claims must be raised within 7 to 10 days of delivery with appropriate proof.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including product images, descriptions, logos, branding elements, and designs, is the intellectual property of Altius India or its partners. You may not reproduce, modify, or use this content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Altius India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, goodwill, or data.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed by you through the Services.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” changed accordingly. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
